The Aftermath

Well, after riding the bus in to work 1 (ONE) day, a co-worker met me this morning to take the same route! There could be another one on day three...it's getting contagious! I tried to read a book on the way home yesterday but started to get a head ache. I have never been able to read in the car because I start getting car sick, so I think this is the same thing. On the ride home today, I decided to sit in a seat that faces inward (instead of toward the front of the bus) to see if that made any difference in getting a head ache. It was a lot better so I am going to try to get one of those seats from now on.

The First Ride

The bus was on-time this morning and it was standing-room-only after the second stop. I left our house at 6:55 and was sitting at my desk at 7:50. It takes about 15 minutes longer than if I were to drive but the gas savings, along with time to relax are worth it. I was able to journal on the way in and plan to read a book on the way home. Everyone was dressed business casual, pretty friendly crowd.
